Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Save X, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Save X.
The service
Save X is a browser extension that sends selected X and Xiaohongshu/Rednote content to a Memos instance or webhook chosen by you. Manual capture is available without an account. Optional bookmark sync, capture modes, account connection, and AI enrichment operate only when you enable and configure them. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@hekmon.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
Fees, billing, and refunds
The extension's direct archive features do not require a Save X purchase. Optional AI enrichment may require an active entitlement and credits shown in your account before use. One credit is reserved for an enrichment request and released if processing fails, is cancelled, or times out; a successful request is not charged twice. Any future paid offer will show its price, renewal terms, and provider before purchase. Contact support@hekmon.com about a charge or refund.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: - Use Save X for any unlawful purpose or to violate another party's rights. - Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls. - Submit content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit. - Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell access without our written permission. - Interfere with the operation or security of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Intellectual property
Hekmon retains all rights to the Save X software, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Save X is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate; review them before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hekmon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Save X, disconnect destinations, remove the extension, and delete an optional account at any time. Removing the extension does not delete content already delivered to a Memos instance or webhook. We may suspend account-backed services for a violation of these terms or for legal or security reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hekmon's jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes update the effective date above; continued use of Save X after a change means you accept the updated terms.
